blackout

That night before, there was a blackout. Without electricity, nothing can be done, even sleeping. It's humid and hot indoor. So, we headed to the balcony.

No electricity, no problemo. The cellphone still works with its own battery. I wished there was an air-conditioner that run on batteries. I wished there's fan that uses lunar energy. My fantasies. =P

silent nite...

It's pitch dark. At least to them, it is. I'm one wandering cat. I have no mates or friends in my vocabulary. Normally, I come and go unnoticed and ironically, they spotted me during a blackout. Someone shone the torchlight at me. I hated lights. I turned my back on it, having the world behind me. "I need nobody", i told myself. I saw my own shadow. My shadow left me behind. That sent a chill to my heart. I never felt like that before...

I'm LONELY.

Electricity was soon resumed after 1am. Finally i can go to sleep from my nap.
