Tawakal Hokkien Mee

We were filled with emptiness and dejection after watching Manchester United bow in defeat to Liverpool in the FA cup fifth round. It had been 85 years since MU lost to Liverpool in a FA cup draw. This defeat was hard to digest and so we decided to fill our disappointment with... supper!

We heard from someone who was told by someone that there was one fried hokkien mee stall near Tawakal which is very popular and nice. So we decided to give it a try.

This shop is located right behind Tawakal Hospital and very easy to find.



The place was fullhouse. Fortunately we manage to secure a table when someone left just at the moment we reached.

The food was ok ok only. Not as delicious as some ppl said. Anyway, we had a full stomach and also numbed out sorrows.
